This year’s event will be held at Prophetstown State Park in Prophetstown, Illinois on Da Mighty Rock River. Boat access is located within a quarter mile and Port-A-Potty’s will be available. Come share a weekend with other catmen and women from across the country in complete privacy. We will be having a morning catfish tourney, a big fish fry on Friday, bon fires and great conversation plus awesome raffles and Seminar’s by Catmatt and don’t forget the Hog Roast. There will be other events added as time goes by, but make plans now to attend, it’s a ball. The camping area is beautiful and well tended to and there is plenty of firewood at your disposal. Last but not least here is your chance to boat a giant flathead or channel cat on this world famous river.

We ask that you bring a dish to pass. It is nice because what goes better with camping than food? There will be a couple of seminars, names to be announced later. Feel free to bring tents, campers or whatever else there is you want to bring. There is gas stations, grocery stores and hotels within 4 miles just so you know. Friday will be raid the River Friday. We will be going out in full force and seeing just how many giant flatheads and Channels we can photograph. The Tournament, seminars, raffles and Hog Roast will take place on Saturday. Sunday morning we’ll have a great big breakfast and picture time before people start to file out. This will be a great weekend and there will be video’s and pictures to commemorate it all.
